Phase 1 of Aeries Re-Enrollment is open!

Phase 1 is to be done for those students coming from a high school or junior high school within Anaheim Union High School District.

If your child is coming directly from any school within AUHSD, a parent/guardian should already have an Aeries Parent Portal.

*Please note, in order to create a parent portal, you will need 3 items: a verification pass code, student ID number, and the primary phone number associated to the student's Aeries account. To obtain these, please email me a picture of your ID and your student's name and DOB at lewis_n@aushd.us; please note that if there is already an existing parent portal account associated to the student's Aeries, we will try to recoup that account first before creating a new account (please email me for assistance).*

Brand New to AUHSD & Katella!?

If your child has NEVER been enrolled to any of our Anaheim Union Schools before (high schools and junior highs included), you will need to complete Aeries AIR and provide Mrs. Lewis (lewis_n@aushd.us) with documents listed in the student enrollment checklist. The student enrollment checklist is provided in English and Spanish below (listed under "resources"). After completing the Aeries AIR and providing Mrs. Lewis with all of the appropriate documents.  You will be provided with directions on how to create an Aeries Parent Portal and how to complete Phase 1 in the Aeries Parent Portal.

Returning to AUHSD &/or Katella!?

If your child use to attend any of the schools in AUHSD (this includes any of our high schools and/or junior high schools) but then left and attended a school outside of our district, please do not do Aeries AIR. Your child already has a student ID number and I will just need to re-activate it. Please send Mrs. Lewis (lewis_n@aushd.us) all of the documents listed in the student enrollment checklist (listed below under resources). Once all of the appropriate documents have been received, you will be provided with directions on how to create an Aeries Parent Portal and how to complete Phase 1 in the Aeries Parent Portal.

Use this form if the current gas/electric bill you are using does not have the parent/guardian name on it. Also provide a copy of ID of the person whose name is on the bill.
Caregiver Affidavit (Eng.) ( 2,539.9 KB )
This form is necessary if the student is currently being cared for by someone other than the parent or legal guardian. The Caregiver Form is ONLY TO BE USED in the event of a parent being incarcerated, terminally ill, or out of the state/country (temporarily). Other cases would require a court appointed guardianship thru the court system.
