Mr. Ramirez - Chemistry and Biology Ninja Warrior
I have been teaching Biology and Chemistry for 16 years, 12 of which are here at Cypress High School, the best school in America. I earned my degrees from the University of California, Riverside and San Diego State University. I had and still have many great teachers and mentors in both my academic and personal life. And they are the reason and my inspiration that I am in the field of education, to empower and to positively impact the future leaders of our country.
I am blessed to have a beautiful wife and four amazing sons. Being a husband and a father are the two greatest joys of my life.
Welcome to my class! I hope you find it fun, challenging, rigorous, fascinating, engaging and thought provoking. And perhaps, you will learn Biology/Chemistry and academically grow in the process. While grades and test scores are important, my goal is to empower students to successfully LEARN HOW TO LEARN. I will equip students with the necessary tools in problem solving and analytical thinking in order to prepare them for life beyond high school.
